These terms cover your use of Statsmith Basketball ("Statsmith"), its website and its Chrome extension, run by Reid Brawer. By using Statsmith you agree to them.
A season pass is a personal license to use Statsmith's paid features for the 2026-27 NBA fantasy season, which ends on 30 June 2027. It is for your own leagues; please do not share or resell your key. Each key can be activated in a limited number of browsers. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the payment.
If Statsmith does not work for your league, email statsmithsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of buying and we will refund you in full.
Statsmith is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ESPN, the NBA or any team. The extension works with your own ESPN account in your own browser. You are responsible for your use of ESPN's services under ESPN's own terms. ESPN can change its site at any time, which may stop sync working until Statsmith is updated. Manual pick entry keeps working if that happens.
Rankings, prices, builds and bid calls are estimates based on projections and past results. They are for entertainment and fantasy strategy only. Statsmith is not for real-money betting, and we do not promise any result in your league.
Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer Statsmith, bypass the license check, or use it to overload ESPN's or our services.
Statsmith is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Statsmith is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We may end access for anyone who breaks them. If we discontinue Statsmith during a season you paid for, we will refund the unused part of that season.
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
